STUDIOCARD® 2S (Solid bleached sulphate board) SBS

Laminated SBS board for packaging & graphical applications


Composition:

Solid bleached sulphate board (SBS) of the highest quality with double coated surfaces on both sides. Laminated board with smooth & identical front and reverse (2S). STUDIOCARD® 2S is made from 100 % virgin fibre, wood free and FSC®-certified.

Applications:

The double-sided bright white paperboard is used for luxury / premium packaging (e.g. cosmetics, spirits, electronics) as well as for signs and displays. In addition, STUDIOCARD® 2S is often used for various graphical applications such as gift cards, loyalty cards, gift sets and fahion tags.

Further processing:

The bright white and very smooth surfaces can be printed on both sides in offset & UV offset, as well as in screen printing and large format digital printing. 100 % virgin fibre and a grammage up to 600 g/m² ensure high stability & stiffness, therefore STUDIOCARD 2S cardboard has ideal further processing properties: die-cutting / creasing / groovingdigital cutting, laser cutting and foil or film lamination.

Sustainability:

STUDIOCARD® 2S is FSC®-certified (optional PEFC-certified) and 100% recyclable. Therefore, it can be disposed of easily & cost-effectively as waste paper. By using renewable & responsibly sourced raw materials, STUDIOCARD® 2S is a sustainable & plastic-free alternative to plastic boards.

KOHLSCHEIN offers STUDIOCARD® 2S in the stock formats 720 x 1020 mm (LG) and 1020 x 720 mm (SG).
As a manufacturer, we produce different sizes and/or thicknesses on request on our reel-to-sheet lamination machine.
We are happy to cut individual sheets or free forms according to your specifications: cutting service.
