KROMA® Black 1S (Paperboard)
Bright white premium board with a black surface on one side
Structure:
KROMA® Black 1S is a bright white, uncoated pulp board with smooth surfaces, black on one side. The board is made from 100 % FSC®-certified ECF cellulose and offers excellent stiffness and high rigidity.
Applications:
This high-quality board is ideal for eye-catching printed materials as well as luxury packaging, rigid boxes, POS/POP displays, signs & graphics. It is also perfectly suited for books, cards, hangtags & labels, art supplies and framing.
Printing & Converting:
KROMA® Black 1S is perfectly suitable for large-format digital printing, screen printing and letterpress. The excellent material properties ensure precise converting: embossing / die-cutting / cutting (digital, knife, laser).
Sustainability:
KROMA® Black 1S is FSC®-certified, acid free, aging resistant and can be disposed of easily and cost-effectively in the paper recycling stream as a 100 % recyclable material. By using renewable and responsibly sourced raw materials, our board is a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to plastic sheets (e.g. aluminium, rigid PVC foam boards, polystyrene).
