Multilayer SBS board for premium print products & luxury packaging
Composition:
Ensocoat 2S™ (laminated) is produced by KOHLSCHEIN from the base material Ensocoat™ by Stora Enso and is available in paper weights from 450 to 600 g/m². Luxurious SBS (solid bleached sulphate) board of the highest quality with double coated surfaces on both sides (2S). Laminated board with smooth & identical front and reverse (2S). Ensocoat 2S™ (laminated) is made from 100 % virgin fibre, wood free and FSC®-certified.
Applications:
The double-coating on both sides gives Ensocoat 2S™ (laminated) a symmetrical appearance. The double-sided high white paperboard offers the highest quality for graphical products (e.g. calendars, gift sets, gift cards, greeting cards, loyalty cards, menus and fashion tags) as well as for premium / luxury packaging (e.g. cosmetics, perfumes, wines & spirits, electronics). Ensocoat 2S™ (laminated) is also used for display stands, ceiling hangers and signs.
Further processing:
The bright white and very smooth surfaces can be printed on both sides in (UV) Offset, Screen printing and Large format digital printing. Ensocoat 2S™ (laminated) has ideal processing properties such as: Die-cutting, Cutting, Creasing, Scoring, Foil lamination and Varnishing.

2S™ (laminated) is FSC®-certified (optional PEFC-certified) and recyclable.
It can be disposed of easily & cost-effectively as waste paper.
